The opening of the new show homes by the mayor of Berck, accompanied by the mayor of Le Touquet, turned out to be an enormous success.
Approximately one hundred people, among them the very first buyers and a number of prospective buyers, came to view both the interior and exterior of the new show homes on this glorious sunny afternoon.
The unique location, its contemporary architecture and the quality of the building materials drew much admiration.
This is an unparalleled project for the Côte d’Opale due to its exceptional urban development design, which combines the carefully conserved old trees, its contemporary architecture with a hint of romance and the exceptional privacy in the perfectly adjoining gardens with their spacious terraces.
In short, durability and future value through lay-out, quality of construction and finish is what makes this project so special, according to many visitors.

The Côte d’Opale is becoming an increasingly developed area, not only because of the new apartments and holiday homes, but also because of the wide range of activities that continue to attract people all year round; from horse racing to full-scale motorbike races on the beach. Furthermore, the children’s play park Bagatelle has been completely renovated and fitted with new attractions. Unbeknown to many is the fact that golf is not only played in Le Touquet; within a 50 km range of Berck there are 10 further golf courses. This will prove to be an exciting challenge.
