The 'Chemin des Anglais' complex is located on the north side of Berck, 1 km from the beach and the boulevard. It is enclosed on two sides by a park and a nature reserve. The dunes extend several kilometres along the beach to the north, and have an extensive network of footpaths. Just back from the beach, there is a children's theme park, 'Bagatelle', that is currently being renovated by the well-known Six Flags company. Everything - the beach, nature reserves, the boulevard, and entertainment - is close at hand. All in all, this is a fine location offering a great deal of privacy as well as peace and quiet.

The villa park is being constructed on a site that already includes a number of old trees. Car access is via a single entrance along a drive leading to a large grassy central square. The whole complex exudes an atmosphere of safety and security. A great deal of attention has been paid to the architecture and to the visual aspects of the outside areas and landscaping.

In addition to the tower containing apartments, three different types of accommodation are being constructed, all of them with a front and back garden.
* 12 detached villas of 480 m3 and 160 m2 (excluding garage) on plots of 400 - 1000 m2
* 44 interlinked villas of 380 m3 and 128 m2 (excluding garage) on plots of 200 - 350 m2
* 32 terraced holiday homes of between 230 m3 and 90 m2 (excluding storage unit) on plots of 100 - 200 m2
* 6 apartments of 95 - 150 m2 in a tower
Behind the tower, there will be a small park with a toddlers' play area. Play and games facilities for older children will be provided in the central grassy square. In short, residents will enjoy space, peace, and quiet on their own site after returning from the busy strand and the town boulevard. The whole complex is ideal for families with children. The town council's intention is that the quality of the complex should also make it attractive for local residents so that the area will remain 'alive' during the off-season. This is also why permission has been granted for all the holiday homes to be permanently occupied.
