The holiday homes

The architecture of the holiday homes will in a sense be “typically Dutch” but at the same time of high quality and extremely varied. The technical quality will also be excellent and the need for maintenance will be kept to a minimum. The design of the exterior component, both private and public, is in line with this. All the different terraces and gardens will be laid out very carefully, with a great deal of attention being paid to privacy. The public areas will be of high quality too and will be managed under the auspices of an association of owners. The “Chemin des Anglais” complex will have a unique status in the region and for that very reason will retain its value in the long-term. Quality combined with uniqueness are a guarantee for sustainability.

Construction of the holiday homes will take account of the fact that they are located near the sea. This means using durable materials that can stand up to the salt air and that need only minimum maintenance. The acoustic properties of the dividing walls have also been taken into account. The outside walls will be constructed of high-quality brickwork (after all, we are dealing with Dutch Design!) The complex will also feature double glazing and roof insulation, “English” (i.e. plain) roof tiles, and a high-quality finish – right down to the last detail. Large terraces, drives, and gardens (already laid out) will all go to create a welcoming environment.
